The oven is marginal, it has no insulation around it. So when it heats up to 350 degrees, the outside of the oven is also 350 degrees. The box came really beat up, so I'm surprised it worked at all.
Edit: repair that wasn't until Saturday happened and was quick and professional. Great overall experience. My repair isn't until this Saturday because parts needed ordered but the gentleman that came to look at my appliances was quick and informative. So far a great experience
