Highly recommend! They’ve helped us with our dishwasher multiple times over the last 3 years. They also teach us tips for how to fix issues ourselves too! They do large repairs for us, but we do smaller maintenance repairs to extend the life using things they’ve taught us! Thankful in this day of cheaply made appliances.
I have not used this company yet, but I will because they provided exceptional service even when just investigating a potential issue. I called about a smell coming through our sink whenever we run our dishwasher. The person at their office was incredibly helpful and even offered to get me in touch with a tech so they could make sure they wouldn't be wasting my time and money sending someone out needlessly.
