I usually prefer to leave five star reviews and support local businesses when I have had a good experience, which makes this particularly disappointing. My experience with Premium Air was initially exceptional. Lucas installed three Daikin air conditioners at our home and we were very happy with the installation and overall workmanship. Michael Who installed my Air Conditioner system was absolutely amazing. Very professional and quick to install with a lovely personality. He took the time to explain the system before he left . The other boys who did the Electrical system were just lovely also. The system looks great and they did it so quickly. Highly recommend them
still waiting for free service that they promise to us after spending $15,000 dollars with them.Very Disapointed.If you read the contract the service is for 7 years not just the first year please have David call me if needed
