Horrible and very unprofessional service. I was on the phone with Mercy wondering if they accept credit card and was told yes. I even sent pictures of how exactly I wanted my hair. Exceptional service. As a tender headed girly, Mercy was very accommodating of my last minute hair needs, she was extremely gentle but also very brisk in her braiding and welcomed me with great conversation and convenience. She was willing to work with me when I was running late for my appointment. I’m looking forward to getting my hair done again.
Absolutely love my hair!!! Great service and staff!! I will be coming back again
Absolutely great service, Great shop, and friendly staff. I love my hair
