Terrible, took 4 hours to be seen. Asked for results documentation and reception refused citing policy. I wish I could give -1000
leaving a negative review because they failed to provide me written notice or verbal notice of them taking me off there patient list after i inquired about getting a check up for my physical and mental health after a year of grief and depression and suicidal thoughts and had to get my own therapy

They never check their inboxes for prescriptions . Its literally your job to make sure youre on top of those things. Having to call daily and harass the receptionist about a prescription after the pharmacy has sent over the request many times. Completely unprofessional and especially towards their younger clientele. You guys suck Edit: The receptionist is extremely rude and sadly there isnt anyone else working there but she needs to learn how to talk to people seeing as its her job.
