I have been using Premeir Medical Associates for years, but since they switched to Allegeny Health Network. Every year I need to have a blood test done, and in the past I would call the golden mile office, and it would take 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. This year under AHN I called the Golden mile office, got transfered to a central AHN call center, waited over 20 minutes to talk to someone, then after a bunch of questions they told me they couldn't make an appointment at that location and I should call them. When I call this office during normal business hours ALWAYS get an answering service & then have to wait for someone to call back! And the answering service e ALWAYS has a person who can't speak English very well!! This is an ongoing issue which needs fixed!!!
Great experience! Everyone was nice and the appointment was quick and easy.
