We recently moved with Premiere Moving Company in Vancouver for our move to Victoria. Cory and his crew were extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We will never use a different mover again!
This is the best experience I have ever had with a moving company! The packers and movers were professional and efficient. Our move was seamless and our belongings were perfectly cared for! Thanks so much to Paul and his team - especially Ryan!
The moving crew themselves where nice, I had no issue with them other then the fact they showed up an hour late. They did however give up at the end of the move and just placed everything in the garage. They left moving supplies: blankets, dolly and someone else's glass shelves. They also damaged our bed, the movers took a picture of it. I've phoned numerous times about damage repair and sent emails. I always get told they will get back to me but they never do. Absolutely horrible customer service.
A quality control should be done on this company. Under quoted, packers showed up late with inefficient amount of workers, items broken while packing, items not tagged when leaving the home. Threatened us with fines for too many people in our building. Poor quality in packing and very poor quality of boxes used. Items lost and not recovered. Couch delivered to our destination that did not belong to us - the weight of it was included in our bill. Not worth the money spent.
