They were horrible with communication - but after I signed a moving date with them and they were hired. Right until then I had no reason to worry about anything. But, after my actual move was in process I could not get a hold of them....no matter how many times I called. A few calls and then I'd receive an email answering my questions and not fully. Do yourself a favour and look for other movers!! Coles notes are they’re, inefficient, complain a lot, and have never properly packed and moved a house in their lives. They’re definitely NOT professional movers. We hired them because they’re supposed to be the best. We have a 4 month old baby at home so we signed up for the packing and moving service. Great service for our move. The person managing our move was responsive, communicative and friendly. The movers arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. Everything was carefully packed. We would use this company again.
