Pretty descent place - cant ask for much more other then a mystic tan booth? Overall there service is good and packages are made simple. I have been tanning here for 3 years now.
I hate Darque Tan.... I am so upset with them!! Even their own employees seem to say the same thing. I froze my account in May, and they have been taking the money out the last 4 months. NO one will call me back it sucks!! I am going somewhere else.

Good beds, but bad service and obnoxious girls that are too busy talking and giggling with one another to be of any real help.
If youre not a size 2 and arent a cheerleader, dont bother! The staff is a bunch of HS snobs that could care less if youre there or not. Service was terrible, staff wasnt knowledgeable on the beds, too busy eating smoothies and laughing than cleaning a dirty bed. Was of time!!!

Customer Service is the worst there. The waiting period is at least an hour, and there is only 3 people that are customers. For a company that charges you \$39.95 a membership, they need to work on their customer service! Im looking at other places.
