Was great until I got behind due to personal issues and they did what they had to do which I understand but they claim they tried to contact me and they did not and said it was public auction of which I can and could not find. Yes I got behind but I had 1 large unit since they opened 3yrs ago and a second since last fall that should have been delt with separately I feel.

Do not pay in advance because if you decide to cancel “in advance”, even before you receive any of their services, they will charge you $40+ worth of administrative fees.
The storage unit is nice but their is no air circulation so expect mold on your items. The outlets are controlled by a timer so you can't have your own fan running. Also, they don't do any pest control and it is by a field, so expect lots of mice.
