Needed to get a storage unit real fast on christmas eve and he responded back to me with an hour and told me to fill everything out and that the unit will b mine as soon as I paid cause my daughters stuff was being delivered first thing Christmas morning.

Was great until I got behind due to personal issues and they did what they had to do which I understand but they claim they tried to contact me and they did not and said it was public auction of which I can and could not find. Yes I got behind but I had 1 large unit since they opened 3yrs ago and a second since last fall that should have been delt with separately I feel.

Do not pay in advance because if you decide to cancel “in advance”, even before you receive any of their services, they will charge you $40+ worth of administrative fees.
