Had my makeup done by a lovely gal but her skills were less than sub-par. I had dark purple eyeshadow all the way up to my eyebrows. I was polite paid and tipped but I had to go home and wash my face. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money.
I had my hair cut by Ariel who is new to the salon and area but has about a decade of experience doing hair with Aveda. I don't easily trust people with my gobs of thick hair but I was ready for a change and other than a few pics on Pinterest told her to do what she thought. I have to say this is my favorite cut above my shoulders I've ever had! She took so much care texturizing and precision cutting my cute little asymmetric bob. If you're looking for a stylist in downtown Oly head her way!
