We had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a home listed by Suzan Anderson of the Premier Realty Group. They were thinking of her when they said, “Buyer beware”. Her unethical practices, uncooperative nature and arrogant attitude should have killed the deal. Without Judy Kelly, who represented me, it would surely have fallen through. Her unprofessional behavior will make any transaction a negative one.
I understand businesses have the right to respond to reviews, but your brokers were aware that YOUR own legal team was involved in communications that affected the sale of my home , and they were copied on those emails ( ALL YOUR BROKERS) . Despite that, your firm later recorded a lien against my property without even properly serving me when it was caused by your own LEGAL TEAM. All I can say is my experience with this office has been terrible from the real estate agent to the broker and their legal team. If you’re considering working with them, I strongly recommend interviewing multiple offices first. It can save you a lot of time, stress, and money by avoiding the wrong fit.
Annette over at Premiere has been one of the most disrespectful realtors I’ve met in all my years of buying, renting and selling homes. Came into our home in the middle of a move out cleaning we were doing to do a walk through (after giving me 3 different times she would come and still showed up late) and absolutely berated my wife in front of the cleaners and movers telling us how dirty the place was while the cleaners had only got there 30 minutes prior and the movers were finishing up. Based on my personal experience, I would be very cautious about working with this brokerage. This has been one of the most difficult transactions I’ve dealt with, and I do have experience in the industry. In my opinion, the lack of management and oversight throughout the process has been very concerning. The situation became serious enough that I had to involve my attorneys, and even when my attorneys attempted to contact their attorneys, we did not receive a response.
