Arrived 10:20 am for 11am appt waited to get a dock for an hour and 2 hours to get loaded
O star come early you have to wait come on time still wait everytime for door Don't go by appointment to get door once got door then loading part is quick
Had 7am app. Arrived night before parked outside fence. Some parking available but limited. Checked in 638am and got to a dock. Unloaded by 720am. Needed to set for a couple hours before starting clock was told I could park outside fence for a few. Not a bad experience. Everything was smooth
Google says they are open 24 hours on Saturday but I'm here for what I told was a 6pm delivery and the gate is locked and there are no cars in the parking lot. Even their phone message says they are open until 11pm on Saturday.
