This company has THE RUDEST shipping clerk I have ever encountered. I am a professional owner operator and always treat others with courtesy and respect. When I simply asked the clerk if she would like me to slide my tandems (as it wasn’t listed in writing) she grabbed the instruction clipboard away from my view and absolutely went off and said, “I’m trying to explain it to you!” She hadn’t been speaking, to my knowledge.
