I was a patient in 2019 and I’ve only gotten my braces tighten ONCE by them. They never gave me a return date from the first time I got them tightened. They eventually closed down and I was still stuck with braces on. Now, one orthodontist told me that I need jaw surgery because no progress was made. Thanks a lot assholes.
