Called for appointment for Nail Dip, Requested the same young man. When I arrived… Oh. he’s on vacation. They did not inform me on the phone of this. Worst nail salon ever!! It took maybe 25 minutes to do an acrylic fill with gel and they turned out horrible! Very thick, crooked and just hideous! Waste of money!

I tried this salon recently and have mixed feelings. My tech, Averi, did an excellent job on my cuticles and was super pleasant! Unfortunately my dip started crumbling off within a few days. I’ve been doing dip 5+ years and never experienced that before. I called and they told me to come in and they would redo it for me. A different tech redid them and didn’t speak much, I didn’t get her name. The dip was super thick, she did about 7 coats which was wild. I've gotten my nails done here a couple times and they always do a good job, but everyone is also really sweet and kind
