I have no doubt Dr. Hernandez is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to see him because of issues with his staff. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the staff member I spoke with failed to enter it into the system. The front desk agent then told me it was too bad—since my appointment wasn't recorded, I couldn't be seen. When I requested to speak with a manager, I couldn't even leave a message because of a malfunctioning voicemail system.
Such a nice place, But as well, very nice receptionist, 👌 as well as "a very concerned doctor with a understanding disposition.... 😄
