Terrible company, took forever to fix anything, house was drastically over-priced and they took advantage of the small market. Made it almost impossible to get moved out and have them sign off on my rental history to finally purchase my house. Charged OUTRAGOUS amounts after taking all of my deposit and charging me almost $3,000 worth of repairs... this place is a joke and will take your money!

Premiere Management would like to respond to this review. 1) Regarding the first claim of the house being over-priced: Mr. ****** lived in the home for 3.5 years. His rent remained the same the entire time. If he thought he was paying too much, surely he would have moved rather than staying for 3.5 years. In addition, we have again rented the home for the same rate as Mr. ****** paid - which is a very fair rate for a 3 bdr home in White Oak. 2) Regarding making it impossible to get moved out and signing off on rental history... read more
I can't select 0 stars or I would. Absolutely useless. Landlords do not care about the tenants at all. They do not fix things, so rent from them and be prepared to take care of it yourself.
I've rented from them multiple times the maintance on the facilities suck, don't ever expect them to come fix anything. Then when you do decide to leave don't expect to get your deposit back because they'll screw you out of that!
Never have i been treated by a landlord or anyone like i was there. The women in the front office are absolutely rude and hateful. I would NOT reccomend using premiere management to anyone at all. DONT USE THEM AT ALL!!
