This is my 2nd time working with Sonya for a VA loan! She is very straightforward with all information. She and her team remained in continuous communication with us throughout the process. After going around in circles with Rocket for weeks, I emailed Sonya to see if someone local could help. And she did!! She text me back in 15 mins and got us approved and closed on time only 10 days later! I cannot say enough good things about Sonya and her care for me as an individual making a large transaction. We are so thankful to Sonya and her team's expertise. As first time VA homebuyers, we didn't know how this process worked but they let us know what would be needed during each step of the way. We did have some setbacks with the VA and Sonya really fought for us to close on time which we are so thankful to have made it happen.
