Excellent service from Katherine. The previous review must be fake because she is one of the most helpful and nicest person I have met. I’ve been coming here for a few years. She went out of her way to register my vehicle and update my insurance while I was at work. She understood my work schedule and knew I didn’t have time to waste. Katherine is awesome and great! Highly recommend her!

I went on Saturday because i needed to add a car for insurance, Katherine Ventura attended me she was not being polite to me, she was yawning and she didn't apologize to me. I have gone to premier insurance for a lot of years and they always treated me with dignity and respect. I just hope that no one experiences what i went through. She didn't even have change and she said, "I don't have any change". I had to suggest to her that I can leave $5.00 on credit because that was my change back anyway.
