Wish I could give less, called 9x this morning got no answer but still proceeded to go there because I had a scheduled appointment at 11am, once I arrived i was told the machine was down..... that drive could've been saved had someone answered the phone or them calling to tell any people who had appointments that the machine was down....I personally don't think the machine was down just horrible business practice 🤷🏿♂️
Had an open MRI of my back in February of 2019 and my doctor couldn't read the images because they were so bad. I paid out of my own pocket to the tune of $600.00. I'm writing this review now because now I have to have another MRI done and I won't be going here.
Premiere Imaging & Open MRI is professional, respectful, and courteous. When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist was extremely understanding. I work full time, yet was able to receive an appointment within minutes. At the time of my appointment, I was very nervous. I was welcomed by the most amazing and friendly staff. The office is very clean which is always a plus for me. It is refreshing and reassuring that an office cares so much about my health. They talked me through every step of my MRI.
