We were lucky to find Premiere Home care during this Covid situation for my mother. We are extremely grateful for the kindness and professionalism that Gary has shown both my siblings, as well as my mother. He was always available to answer all of our numerous questions. My mom is very comfortable with her Aide. Her air conditioner also broke, and Gary made sure it was fixed for her, since we live a distance. I never write reviews, but I thought this was necessary. I can not even begin to thank Gary and Premiere Home Care Associates, for everything they have done for my mother. Gary has gone above and beyond to not only take care of my mother's needs, but keeps in contact weekly with both my sister and I. Covid has been difficult, but Gary and his staff has made the situation seamless. The professionalism and availability to answer questions, has surpassed out expectations. My mom was under the care of Premiere Home Care for almost 2 years, until she passed in December 2019. I usually do not write reviews, however the quality of care was beyond my expectations. My mom was a lot to handle during her care, but they were very patient with her and made my mom feel comfortable in her home. We were scrambling to find someone to care for my mother, after my dad passed away. A friend told us about Premiere Home Care Associates. After a number of phone calls and lots of questions that they took the time to explain, we decided to go with Premiere Home Care. So far everything is working out, and my mom is adjusting well.
