As a government employee with a good dental plan, the receptionist tried to charge me $95.00 for a simple cleaning (normally it's 2 free cleanings per year). When I told her it didn't sound right, she instantly said $85.00 dollars without even looking at her computer. Again I told her that she needed to double check because I have never paid that much for a simple cleaning. She said that that was what I paid last time. Do not go here. Setting up an appointment alone is a challenge, for one I had to thoroughly explain to the receptionist that I wanted to set up an appointment for X-ray and a cleaning. After that she put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back, and asked me AGAIN "how may I help u" as if we didn't already have this discussion. Long story short she claimed they were busy and to call back before 6. I called back 15 minutes to 6 and was switched to a operator who said they were gone for the day and guess what...she couldn't set up... read more
