All I can say is horrible, will try to have you front your whole bill before running insurance and then will never refund you. I had gone to this dentist office for years and thought the care I was receiving was normal because it was the only dentist office I knew. This was my very first visit to this dental office, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my lofe after visiting many other clinics. A huge part of that is thanks to my dental hygienist, Ingrid. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I have been with this practice for many years. Dr. Chung is so smart, competent, honest , and caring! I am also grateful that my whole family gets their excellent care there. From the staff to the hygienists, everyone prides themselves on excellence. .
