Beware, Beware The office staff will outright lie to you, and then not answer the phone for weeks. I guess they have caller ID, so when they see your number they just won't answer. They gave me a install date, a week prior to date they wouldn't answer the phone all week. The install date comes, no one shows up, no call form them prior or day of install. I call them that after noon, and they try to say they didn't know materials had been delivered, which is odd because I was called the day before an the morning of delivery. S... read more

These guys are working with ****** Avoid them at all costs. Work is inferior and sloppy. Poor communication. They have been building a deck on my house since early June. BEWARE!

I had Premier Landscape and Design via Lowe's install a fence in February 2022. An average, seasonal storm came through and knocked down 15 panels. After calling Lowe's to have this business call, schedule, and come to inspect for a warranty repair, they have failed to contact. They do not respond and it shows their professionalism. At this point, I don't want them on my property nor touching anything. Buyer beware before contracting with this company .

I hired them through ******* to build a fence. Men came out Father's Day Sunday (2 days late from appointment) started it wrong and they said it was because they "didn't have enough materials". I called ******* and they said to have them stop until someone could come out and measure. No one has come back, or returned my many calls. I went to ******* and they said the company listed my fence as "Completed" and even showed me their computer to prove it. I currently have 8 poles sticking out of my yard. That's it.
