My family and I went to go see Rouge one where we stood in line outside of the movie theater, there was barely anyone in line so it wasn't a big deal.The movie started 10 minutes late and the screen in theater #2 had a huge line on the right side from top to bottom which was horrible. I brought it to the managers attention, which he really did not have much to say besides offering me 1 ticket I declined the offer because I really just wanted them to know so they could fix it.. I felt like I was just blown off!!
Went to see rogue one. They made us stand in a line outside the theatre until 10 minis before it started. Getting food was unbelievable. They cared me about chatting to each other rather than take care of our order. Movie started 10 minutes late. Overall atmosphere was that the employees didn't care about the patrons.
Being inside a mall I think they need to relax the no outside food allowed mafia, while trying to have a special day with my daughter we went to the mall ate lunch because of health issues after buying lunch I was unable to eat at that time so I got a to go box and a plastic bag. I put the lunch in the bag tied the bag up with a knot to eat later when we got home and we then went to the movie.
