I had a 69x90 20foot side wall shop built and took possession November 2022. The steel company was B&C steel in Nebraska. The gutter system does not allow the snow and ice to flow off the roof. The gutters failed tore and bent over; talking with B&C they Will warranty for one year. Now Premiere Building of Fargo tell me that B&C will not warranty the gutters. Not what’s in my contract?
