Initially when I bought my car, the process was good. However, getting in contact with anyone after the fact has been difficult. I have had an expired temporary tag since 11/9 that I have called them about at least 4 times. Each time, I am put off and told that the person is not in or they will figure it out and get back to me about it the next day (they never do).
