Premier1 has become my preferred shop for vehicle maintenance. My service writer Adam is friendly, accessible, and transparent with recommendations and pricing. They are always ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and their facilities are comfortable if you choose to wait there. Overall, I’m very pleased with their services.
I called to get a price for an oil change and spoke to Josh, he gave me an estimate and so I told him I'd be on my way. I arrived and he greeted me on the service drive and got me checked in. I was shown the shop and I'll say you could eat off the shop floor it was so clean. Josh then took me to the lounge where I waited less than 45 minutes for my truck to be done. So, having said that, I find myself siting down and writing a review on both services and customer service at Premier 1 Dominion. I have been using premiere1 since they opened on San Pedro years ago. They are the most honest shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They give you a full and clear list of needed work and suggestions to make your vehicle run and drive as well as possible. They offer premium service and have fantastic customer service.
