service department it terrible. Salesmen are great, service department is lacking.
Horrible customer service use the location in Beaumont. I would not recommend using these guys, I had some issues during finance and they were zero help on resolving it and rude at that. I will not be doing business with this location ever again. Beaumont store is the way to go!

Hide your woman and kids folks. These guys from the top down do not have your interests at heart. They will look you on the eye and tell you the boat is in great condition and ready for sale. They will confirm with you the evening prior to your arrival the boat is still available knowing you’re about to drive 218 Miles one way to hopefully purchase the boat. Then you arrive. The buying experience was great and fast. Joe has been so helpful. I had 24hrs to leave home and get back with a total of 17hrs in just driving time. They had an amazing deal that was worth the drive! I was in and out in a hour and on my way home. There was a few things that I missed on inspecting and Joe (my salesman) has answered my calls and taken care of everything I need!
The guys at this store were great. John M. Was great to work with, absolutely no BS and stood true to his word. Had my boat decked out and ready on time. They also took pics as it was being rigged and kept me updated. I cant say enough about it. That means allot, a simple text or call was awesome... This rig is killer... TY John and everyone at Premier Yamaha North...
