Stay away from Premier. Fuel pump went out under warranty, but instead of just fixing it, they claimed there was water in my fuel tank (that had been dumped, cleaned and fueled 3 days prior). Then claimed the water damaged all the injectors and high pressure fuel pump. After charging me almost $700, they found the fuel pump was bad. The one I told them was bad when I took it in. I have been cussed, called a liar and been lied to. Of course, no one will give me the owner's name.

Truthfulness Honesty and Integrity of work you will not find at Premier Yamaha Centers.They did a horrible job on installing of my new Yamaha Outboard Motor on my 1996 Majek boat.If you have work done there be aware.Make sure you get all your paper work at the time of your agreement with them because if you don't and you have a problem with them like I did they can change the paper work to there advantage.You don't have a copy so so you can't dispute it.They did not put in a speedometer or volt gauge like they had agreed to... read more

Service was replace parts at a very expensive problem instead of following service instructions to check fuel pump.. My problem was with a fuel pump and requested that this be checked under warranty. Service adviser stated problem was bad fuel and $800 dollars of filters, and injectors needed to be cleaned. Told Yamaha America it was not a warranty problem and bad fuel. After all the above work was done the motor would not start and the service technician discovered the fuel pump was bad as was requested in the beginning. ... read more
