I recently had a cabinet door replicated by this company. While the finished product and quality of work were good, I was very disappointed with the handling of my order. When I initially dropped off the original door, I clearly explained to your office staff that I needed a replica as well as a mirrored version. I was informed that payment was accepted only by cash or check and that a deposit was required, which I provided. Quality work…great company to work with!
I was patient for 5 months waiting on a Small item to be made kept being told how busy they were which that is great but my item was not pressing for them even though it was important to me. They finally said it would be finished Aug 19th and guess what!! no it wasn’t. Receptionist was rude and I just went and picked up my wood I had dropped off to them. It was started but they couldn’t find the time to finish it. So glad I didn’t hire them to make my vanity.
