Dr. John’s is an amazing OB, he delivered my daughter. However, I cannot say the same for his staff. I had 2 back to back paps done and they said they would call me within 2 weeks of the 2nd one if it came back abnormal again… 4 months went by, I figured everything must’ve been fine and cleared up on its own. Only to get a call a week before they said they were closing their doors to find out that that was not the case. While Dr. John’s is a phenomenal doctor I unfortunately cannot say the same about his support staff. I received a call from Tammi about a month ago saying the at she was sending me to collections on a bill that had not been paid for 14 months. As it turns out they had the wrong address and even though I kept coming in for visits no one at the office informed me that there was over due payments. Responsive, timely, sensitive, personable, and kind. Dr. Johns and his staff are AMAZING.
I've had very rough pregnancies and am currently on my 3rd. The Dr who delivered my first 2 has retired and I had a very hard time finding an ob who would accept me as a patient. Finally an e.r. nurse recommended Dr. John's and I couldn't be happier. Although I'm in a lot of pain dr John's and his office staff go out of their way to help find ways to help including finding chiropractors, physical therapists and other kinds of drs to help me.
