FRONT OFFICE & BILLING HORRIBLE. PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS FROM OTHERS! WE ALL LOVE THE DR BUT THE STAFF ISNT IT. Dr. Kollar has an excellent bedside manner and truly takes the time to listen, which immediately made me feel comfortable and respected. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. As someone in my mid-forties, I appreciated that she understood my stage of life and tailored her care to my specific needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. Dr. Kollar, Brenda, and their staff are literally angels. If you are traumatized by paps, give them a chance because it was an easy experience. Recommend them 1000000000xs **Update** If I could give 1 star just for customer service at the front desk I would. Getting results and explanations is a very bad experience. Love Dr. Kollar. Not the staff relaying messages to the patients. I had to take the results to a different doctor for help and explanations.
Dr Kollar misdiagnosed me for two years. Every time I told her my concerns, she would brush me off. My endocrinologist saw my blood work and was concerned. Dr Kollar's excuse was, "I was treating you for pcos". I've NEVER been diagnosed with pcos. Then told me jokingly, my ovaries are now the size of raisins and I'm now in premature menopause or Premature Ovarian Failure, at the age of 37. All she had to do was simple blood work when my cycle started skipping.
I've been going for 10 years. No problems! Love Dr.Velez and hoping to feel the same about Dr.Kollar since Dr.Velez is no longer there! Everyone is great
