Wow, just wow. I had given up on decent womens healthcare. Boy did this place change my mind. From the front desk gal with the beautiful eyes and sweet personality, to the Doc to the Mammo lady (miss Karen), what a phenomenal team!!! So phenomenal, my sister is switching!!
I’ve seen other reviews mention the front desk people. Honestly they’ve been hit or miss. I’ve had good and bad experiences in that regard here. My real concern is with the standard of care. I initially liked the doctor I was seeing here, and even recommended her to others. This changed over the last year. I’ve had some health concerns come up and I don’t feel I was taken seriously. I really have no idea why there are any bad reviews but I want to share about my experience and will update once I have my delivery! I switched to this office after I had a not so great experience with my last OB. I am SO glad I did. My last office had a policy that did not allow you to switch providers even if you had a bad experience. Every appointment has been timely and Dr. Cacchio is truly amazing! I had been going here for years only for annual exams, but I’m finally fed up and finding a new practice. First, I can’t ever get through on the phone. While I’m in queue waiting, I have gotten disconnected multiple times. leave a message but they don’t call back. Office staff unfriendly. Also I had to wait about an hour at my last appointment. I've been going here for a bit now and I personally really enjoy it. I know I've seen some pretty low reviews, but I've enjoyed going here. I haven't had any issues with them. It is one of the better OBGYNs that I've been too. They are quick and friendly. I really liked the provider Leah Adkins M.D. She was very kind and I liked that she actually asked me if I had any questions.
