I like my GYN, but the office staff are horrible. I called and asked if I could speak to the doctor about how I was billed/the diagnostic code. They said they don’t change codes and I cannot speak to the doctor. The office manager was outright nasty. I’ve even wrote a personal note via the mail to the doctor only to learn that she never even got it. I’m sure the front staff discarded it.
Excellent service, caring responsive and thorough physician. I was seen promptly, the staff was friendly, and I love my Doctor.

Horrible traumatic experience Good luck if ur not a sheep and try to have a discussion with any of the doctors about YOUR HEALTH or ask questions or try to make a decision u feel is best for u ..
De Morris-Rush is amazing, but the old lady at the desk with the cropped hair is rude and nasty. She doesn’t even let you get a word in. I had an appointment. My insurance company and her office verified they take my insurance. I drove an hour to the appointment, filled out the pre-appointment information days before and expected to be seen.
