I had a great experience with Premier West Gear! Their customer service was top-notch-friendly, helpful, and truly professional. The team was knowledgeable and made sure I felt valued as a customer. On top of that, their store was impressively clean got to hang out in the lobby while my ifs was being worked on, It's clear they take pride in their business, and it shows in every aspect of their service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality gear and an exceptional shopping experience!
Dropped off my truck at 9am for a diff flush and they did it super quick full synthetic flush in an hour. Shout out the Alec he was super helpful and was able to get it done! Thank you guys
This place was perfect for gearing down the differentials on my 4x4 f150. Dropped it off in the morning by appointment and picked it up in the evening. Same day. Great communication leading up to the process.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Got some work done here and I worked with this guy named Miguel. Went in to get one thing done and ended up having more issues the next day. Don’t go here! They will take advantage of you. Especially Miguel!!
