Just had a system check up from Premier Water. Dave was a total pro at his work and answered all of my questions. I do the very basic maintenance (changing the house filter/adding salt) but it was time to look at the calcium tank. We had a new well installed since the last visit from Premier and I was shocked to learn that our system was using little of the calcium medium. Louis G.was at my home about one week ago. He called us shortly before he arrived to let us the exact time he would be arriving. He was very prompt and friendly. He got right to work checking our system. I asked a few questions and he answered right away. When he was finished with everything he cleaned everything up and went on his way!! I would rate Louis a high five on everything. He was great!!
My technician Gideon was friendly enough and came and did my $249 system "check up" a few weeks ago. He found a problem with the main "head" of the unit as it had a stuck vacuum orifice. He said he would return in a few weeks with a new unit, he stated it was under warranty and my cost would be a few hours labor and any media (rust breaker) cost. RecommendedWe bought our house 4 years ago and the system was already installed. Since that time the service has been good. the technicians are very good. They are knowledgeable and informative. We definitely recommend them.
Are you kidding me. Less than a year after getting a $5000 system installed, the water tests bad and Premier says it will cost another $1600 to fix. This is a total rip-off.

We purchased our home just about two years ago and the system was already in place. We called them to come out to service our system and basically educate us on it. Our technician Ezra was awesome! He explained everything to me and I was actually able to understand it! He didn’t try to oversell me on anything, which is highly uncommon today. I will put it as simple as this. If I operated my company in the way Premier Water Systems operates their company I would be OUT OF BUSINESS. Our water filtration SOLUTION is supposed to provide us clean water for bathing, doing laundry and dishes as well as for drinking water.
