Premier Water services is amazing! Their customer service is top notch . They have not only come to my house, twice this week to deal with a problem with my water/well but walked me through the issue and educated me about my water/well. He installed the new pump quickly and then educated me some more on the water system in my basement. He answered all my questions (which were numerous) and never seemed bothered by them. You could tell that he was knowledgeable and enjoyed his work. Thanks so much Premier you are awesome!

My 29 yr old well pump kicked the bucket just as I went to take my morning shower. Called at 9:30am, folks were on-site by noon, with a QUALITY (Gould) replacement pump installed by 2pm. This included replacement of extra hardware that had corroded due to neglect which complicated the job. Very professional, no hard sell, just quality service. If you think you can do it yourself, or do it better using Homedepot or Lowes parts - don't kid yourself, they *might* last a few years, they will not last the 29 yrs I saw. (Wolford's... read more
