Had these perform an external wall coating on our house in 2017 we required them to return and resolve a defect in the work, numerous telephone calls, letters and promises of a return call etc and nothing. Have now reported to Trading Standards. They are also quoting on their web site that they are members of various trade organisations, total rubbish, I called them all and they confirmed they are NOT members. The 15 year guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. Keep well clear of this company
