We came to Kissimmee for a family celebration, booking a big vacation home at 4818 Love Storey Lane through VRBO. Three couples, seven kids — all looking forward to a great weekend. On check-in day, we reached out to the host all day for the property code. The only code we ever got was for the gated community, not the house itself. When we arrived around 10:30 PM, the kids were exhausted, and still no reply from the host. VRBO working through 3rd parties etc Sold me a room and when I showed up the place didn't have a room for me. They don't want to refund you, they want to send you somewhere else. Avoid VRBO .
Does not pay the people that work for her. I cleaned 2 large homes for her. She is now refusing to pay me and has blocked my phone number. Do not book through this company! She also does not wash the blankets. Just spot treats the stains. She is a slumloard of vacation rentals
Please AVOID renting any villa’s from this company! We booked a villa in Kissimmee for our 3 week holiday and it was not honestly advertised by VRBO. The advertised pictures for the villa were dated and didn’t reflect how it looked when we arrived. My 2 year old son’s feet on day one were absolutely black from walking in the villa with no shoes, I did take pictures and send this to Jean at Premier VRBO.
