I leased a XC60 recently. It was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle from a dealership. First time Volvo customer as well. Our experience wasn’t particularly memorable, exceptional or what I would consider a “luxury” purchasing experience from a luxury vehicle brand. Honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I had a huge explanation typed up, but after 5+ years of the service department here I'm all done with Volvo for awhile. Thanks to Ryland and Andrew over the years (5 * for them). That other guy well, he cost you a customer. I waffled between 2 or 3 stars. I was there enough times to see that people with newer Volvos are treated decent, and it wasn't necessarily a poor experience each time I had to bring the car in.

Went in with with engine and transmission problems. Left with engine and transmission problems still. I was told they couldnt find what I was telling them. So nothing they can do. Yet the previous owner stated she was having the same problems. And they had record of that in there notes from when she owned the car. The car has 60k miles with perfect service history. Asked salesman (Jonah Fuehring) for pictures of any dings of the car before I make a 5 hour drive down to pick up the car. Sends a few pictures, once I get to the dealership I immediately see about 10 paint chips, gash in the bumper, and not to mention car was sold to me with a faulty motor mount and broken motor mount bracket. The guy in the service department (Zach) was extremely disrespectful and had a horrible attitude. I would never purchase a vehicle from them or recommend anyone to buy one from them.
