We just acquired a new Volvo at Premier and had the most wonderful experience all around. Our salesperson Shanel was a joy to work with and manager Jimmy kept checking in through the process to be sure that our journey was seamless. We had so much fun picking up the car, with Volvo expert Tim explaining how to run the car and all the luxury perks. Jay, in finance, even made the scariest part an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for a new car!
My family and I were on our way to vacation when passing through KC and a check engine light popped on. Jimmy Loveland And Nathan were kind enough to make time for us, repair our car, and be back in the road same day. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Thank you Premier Volvo!
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with-they are awful, especially the service manager, Nathan! I own a pretty new Volvo & this dealership recently made me aware they had to file a “hotline” on my vehicle bc of all of the repeated issues it’s had while still under warranty. Over $5,000 worth of issues they have supposedly fixed, & 3 tows later- but I now have another light on indicating another problem with the.vehicle.
