Very friendly people and very helpful
Complete lack of logic, customer care, and overall streamlined processes. The exam was fine. Don't expect logical courtesy calls. If your glasses are in they'll just tell you not here. My daughter and I ordered pairs on the same day. Her order came in and since I had poison ivy sent my son with her to pick them up. I called before they picked them up to see if ok for them to grab mine. Nope, not here. It took me driving over for them to suddenly FIND them the next day. It was no pressure To pick High Price glasses In my 50 years, this was my best experience because it was no pressure
