Any Veterinarian that requires your debit card information to schedule an appointment is a HUGE red flag. This is a doctor that cares about money and not the animal.
When I say this is the worst encounter I have experienced with a “vet” in my 25 years of having a dog, it is. Extremely unprofessional and poorly run practice. Had an appointment set up with “Dr.” Martinez for a whole week. Show up to drop off my puppy because the protocol is to drop off at 8:30 am... cannot even enter the office. Did not get one update from them about my dog while he was there. 6 pm (their closing time) comes around. I show up and call them since they won’t come to the door.
