Customer service is excelent, they texted me constantly with updates on the time i should get there. The doctor was also excelent, explained with details what is wrong with my dog, what investigations and treatment she needs.
I have to say, the staff at Premier couldn’t be any better. I cane in with Mingus on a Wednesday night at 9:30pm. I called ahead because he had bloated symptoms. We left around midnight and I had a lot of time to witness the front desk interaction on calls and in-person cases. They are getting people at their worst, most panicked, scared, and worried.
