I have always liked Premier, although it is very hard to get through to them on the phone at times, which is frustrating. Thursday, April 21, I changed my mind about their quality of care. We are VERY frequent customers, including spending a lot lately on shots and more. However, they could not make time to look at my dogs ears -- which would take 5 seconds -- until Tuesday, April 27th.
