my PCP dr. keene is great, a real gem. but the practice itself - the vein and vascular? it has one of the worst receptionists on its tampa side. the woman not only speaks poor english which is hard to understand, her attitude is 100x more lousy. would not leave a msg for dr. keene (i am an existing patient) for a simple Rx, instead insisted that i must have an appt with dr. keene. yet, she kept telling me she could not tell when dr. keene would call me, only that it would be after 4:30 pm. it is bloody holiday time, and we h... read more

Great atmosphere. Good vibes throughout the entire staff. You may have a hard time dealing with the girls in the front office. But then again, it may be me. I have a hard time with all the girls in my life! ;) lol
