I love this team they are amazing
45 mins after appt Iâm in a room with someone that gets straight down to Iâm ultrasound your leg, no discussion with a doctor. Then they had another man come in acting like he was the doctor and gave me no options just said we can do this and it will be better as your insurance will cover it??! I donât care about the âcodesâ or whatâs covered I want the option of laser or stripping etc it was awful and when I changed my referral with my insurance they said this place was billing? For what? I was sent to your office by workmanâs Comp, but I received the bill. I called 3 times, left 3 messages, letting them know in the message how urgent it is that I get this straightened out, never received a call back. I called pressed 1, she was kind enough to call billing, lady in billing told her to tell me to call and leave another message and she would call me back that day which was on the 20th, guess what, she DID NOT return my call.
