Then they had another man come in acting like he was the doctor and gave me no options just said we can do this and it will be better as your insurance will cover it??! I was sent to your office by workmanâs Comp, but I received the bill. I called 3 times, left 3 messages, letting them know in the message how urgent it is that I get this straightened out, never received a call back. I called pressed 1, she was kind enough to call billing, lady in billing told her to tell me to call and leave another message and she would call me back that day which was on the 20th, guess what, she DID NOT return my call.
