Literally writing this review from the office. I arrived at 945am for my 10am appointment. It is now currently 1053am and I have yet to be seen by a doctor. I am minutes away from just leaving.
Beautiful smiles and inspiration when I entered this office. Zena and Joy were wonderful, singing made my day!
The receptionist who saw my fiancé was clearly on something, unprofessional and acted in a way that could only be described as flat out bizarre during the check in. She performed a “happy dance”, which felt highly inauthentic and uncomfortable to mark the celebration of my fiancé being a new patient not thinking for once that maybe patients coming in for the first time might be feeling anxious and might not be responsive to grade school antics. Receptionists are clearly not knowledgeable on how they should treat people who are coming in for help. I’ve been battling infection for a few months now & found this place in hopes of a new start at treatment & recovery. After initial testing I received results that I was clear & healthy but I know my body so I asked for access to MyChart.
