Premier urgent care always takes great care of us. Friendly and compassionate staff, clean facility, and timely and attentive care. Thank you!
They took such good and thorough care of me! They even gave me fluids by IV and an EKG. They also stayed much later than closing time to make sure I was okay! It is certainly the best care I have ever received at an Urgent Care establishment. I would love to tell them how grateful I am! I highly recommend it.
My husband and I took our little son here and I was really disappointed because a lady at the front desk was flirting with my husband knowing that I was there with my sick son. Then when we walked in and they gave us the room, the nurse was not at all friendly and unprofessional. They couldn't take my son's oxygen. And then when the doctor came in, she was in a bad mood and in a hurry, so much so that while she was examining my son, he was crying. She was like from India. To the inconsiderate employee in Natchitoches that walked right past the door and didn’t even try to acknowledge my emergency… I hope you never have an experience with someone like yourself. Online it said y’all closed at 8. So the least you could’ve done was seen what I wanted.
