We took our Class A Motorhome to Premier Truck Group in Tremonton for diagnosis and repair of the problem underlying engine trouble lights that came on during our trip south from British Columbia to Southern Utah. The office staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating finding us a convenient appointment time. On the day of the appointment the entire repair took about 2 hours and the mechanic explained what he found and did to correct. I would recommend Premier Truck Group of Tremonton without any reservations.
They're lazy!!! Had a new fuel tank put on in Virginia got to Utah and they didn't tighten it good enough and was leaking stopped and asked if they could tighten it up and they said they were booked til Tuesday. I looked in my tools but didn't have the right size.
Best experience I’ve had going to any freightliner. Got me in and out in a timely matter and the staff were very polite and honest.
Called service to see if they could assess a check engine light on a 2022 model. They said it would be tomorrow afternoon just to hook up to it. This call was at 9am today. Most dealers will hook up within 2 hours.
Lindsey and Kambria were very welcoming, and professional. Russell was very thorough and quick to get our job done. Great experience guys thanks for making it easy!
